From yarn to finished fabric
The group’s supply chain connects spinning, weaving partners, dyeing and finishing with sales support. The collection identifies spinning in Yixing and dyeing and finishing operations in Wuxi, supported by a network of weaving partners.
We work with designers, buyers and large garment manufacturers developing woven womenswear for Europe, North America, Japan and Korea.
*The current company-confirmed annual capacity is 20 million metres. Production ranges are indicative, stock-dependent and exclude transport.
Stock-based response
Indicative development response: around 7 days from suitable semi-finished fabric or 10 days from suitable greige. Bulk production: 7–10 days from semi-finished stock or 10–15 days from greige.
Confirm fabric availability, finishing route, quantity, colour approval and test requirements to establish the order schedule.
Approval before production
Define composition, finished width and weight, colour, handfeel and relevant performance requirements with the team. The approved sample and agreed specification should guide the production order.
